  • Jada Senter

    Jada is our beloved Director of Administration. She oversees the daily operations for the practice including communications, scheduling and benefit information for our clients. She also coordinates client care and assists witih any billing issues. She is an invaluable part of the team who brings incredible energy and positivity to the site.   • Angela Livingston

    Angela is a graduate from the University of Delaware in the field of Engineering. She is pursuing a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

    At the Center for Balanced Living, Angela is a Psychometrician. She assists with psychological evaluations by assisting Dr. Serravalle with intakes and evaluations. She has been training for almost two years with Dr. Serravalle as she prepares for graduation. Her strength in organizing, planning and editing are superior. She is kind and bright and always brings the sunshine.

    The field of psychology has always been a passion for Angela. She was a volunteer at 'Sean's House' as well as a volunteer with the Crisis Text line.

  • Salena Mayhall

    Selena is currently completing her hours towards independent licensure as a LPCMH with Center for Balanced Living.

    Selena attended West Virginia University with the intention of studying Immunology and Medical Microbiology, intending on become an Endocrinologist. She switched majors to Psychology, initially wanting to help adolescents with diabetes, as a Type 1 Diabetic, she had many experiences she felt were relatable.

    In 2021 she graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Studies. Selena is a member of Psi Chi, The International Honor Society in Psychology, and Gamma Kappa Alpha, the Italian National Honor Society. She completed her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington.

    Selena plans to pursue a clinical psychology program after getting licensed (Psyd).

    Selena enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults. In her practicum and internship with Center for Balanced Living she is gaining training in treating trauma, mood and anxiety disorders.

  • Amanda Foraker

    Amanda will graduate this fall with her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. Currently, she is completing her internship with Center for Balanced Living.

    Amanda graduated from Perdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019.

    Amanda is a member of the International Honor Society in Counseling and a proud member of Chi Sigma Lota.


    Amanda enjoys working with young adults and older adults. She hopes to continue her clinical work to help those with anxiety and trauma.
